Pathetic customer service
I have been waiting for months now for collection of my jeans for quality inspection. The service, or rather lack thereof, is pathetic. Been in contact with Faranaaz Ajam and Thando Nyokana. Please assist

My sincere apologies for the experience with our customer service,
We were unable to arrange collection during the lock-down period as the office was closed from March and it re-opened in June.
My apologies for not arranging immediately when the office re-opened.
I will give you a call during the afternoon and arrange courier immediately.
