PATHETIC COMPANY

<p>I went for an interview and was asked for details in order to do a background chec**** I did not accept the position but was paid a salary later that money...I received a call from their Area Manager, Melanie who I confirmed yes I was paid the money and who like to return it but she needs to promise that an IRP 5 would not be submitted! Last year when completing my SARS I would find out that of course Levi's submitted an IRP 5...this angered me as I was unemployed at that time so why would I be paying tax on a salary that was not mine to start with!!!! I have asked Melanie Numerous time to sort this out as I was quick to transfer they money back as they were also quick to threaten me with Legal Action like who do you think you are??? This is obviously a terrible company to work for as I got paid a Salary from with no contract !!!! I have emailed Bernice who supposes to have withdrawn there SARS IRP 5 and she ignores my emails. This is a clear indication this is not a company that anyone should work for!!!!! They are trading under Footwear Trading serious this has now become a problem and its a year later and this is a constant battle and now I have to pay money into SARS due to their error!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!!!</p>
