Hi, I had a good review from my friend about the great quality of jeans Levis had. So I decided to pop in and buy a few. One of the sales representative approached me and offered to help me select them. As I went to the fitting room, there was another sales representative . So I approached him and asked if he could assist me by handing me the token for the number of jeans I had. He ignored me, so then I asked him, " Are you going to assist me or not"... then he started throwing a tantrum about it and telling me that I can go in the fitting room without the token. . So I ignored the attitude he gave me. Then the sales representative who was helping select the jeans came to see if I was still okay and if the jeans fit me well, ( he was very kind, cooperative and helping me get the correct sizes). When we were done I went to the till and paid. As I was making my way out of the door. The guy who threw a tantrum towards me made a comment , he was like " You should start going to church"....( this had an indirect meaning) I don't how it concerns him whether I go to church or not, and he said this in front of the rest of the staff. I was very offended and I told him to back off. For it being my first time purchasing at Levis It wasn't really a good experience for me. I was hurt. He is an African guy, light skinned and he has short hair. This happened at the Levis shop, down town in Bloemfontein. Thanks
