I bought jeans online few months ago and didn’t fit. I returned them, they acknowledged receipt. I was told I will have my refund in 7days. Till today I haven’t received my refund. I wrote emails to them any times, they take forever to reply. When they do, they apologise and promise to process my refund but nothing happens . At this rate I’m becoming to think I might not get my refund
