Made in SA Levi's. Service and quality useless

Bought 3 pairs of ,511 & 510, Levi's in Oct/Nov at Levi's Store Boksburg. I live in Ficksburg 400km away. In Dec/Jan all 3 tore at their pockets. I made my way up to Joburg one day in Jan. had time and popped in at the Boksburg store. I had the one on to show. They took my details for their regional to contact to sort out. I've been back to the store 7+ times. No answers. Ask for their regional managers contact details. They say no.

I only wear Levi jeans, since primary school. And these were the first time ever that I got Made In SA Levi's. The quality control is non existent. ISO9000 cert should be revoked. Plus. In late April early may the staff members we're having a laugh, making a joke at my expense Not realizing that I understood some of the words. Derogatory remarks, comments and jokes are not acceptable in modern society. I've had 50 to 70 + Levi items over the past 20 odd years, Let's not make these the last. Sort your customer service out. Quality control and my 3 x jeans to be replaced. As soon as possible.
