Levis Unproffesional toward legitimate quality complaints

On a recent review about reject Levis Chino's complaints I made, which Levis have repeatedly ignored, Hello Peter published my negative review of Levis unprofessional attitude toward legitimate quality issues. Levis have since responded "sympathetically" to the Hello Peter review platform, (after weeks of complaints to Levis directly), promising to investigate the complaint with me. Some 48 hours at least there has been no contact from Levis with me. It appears to me that Levis respond to negative criticism on Hello Peter in an attempt to present a sympathetic image but do not actually so anything to rectify the customer complaint (recent reviews on Hello Peter about Levis tardy approach to complaints sonfirms my view).
