LEVIS THE BEST OF THE BEST

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Prudence from Levi's head office in Cape Town. I literally bumped into her at a store in Johannesburg and spoke to her about a unique design I had in mind for my jeans, which seemed almost impossible. She kindly suggested that I send the jeans to her in Cape Town, which I did. Prudence collected my garments and did an absolutely magnificent job, providing an experience second to none. I received my jeans today, and I can't express how happy I am. This is why I don't use any other denim brand but Levi's. Prudence, you are an absolute gem, and Levi's needs to know what an asset they have in you! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On a separate note, I must also commend Phili Khuzwayo from the Fairlands Levi's outlet store. I have no words to describe how amazing she is! Her product knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction are beyond anything I've ever experienced. She is another solid asset to Levi's.

Additionally, I need to mention Koa Matlala, the fashion stylist at Haus Of Strauss. I recently went there for a custom experience photo shoot and cannot emphasize enough how well I was treated. Levi's definitely has a knack for hiring the right people.

In a country where service levels can often be low, Levi's stands out, shining above the general service delivery in South Africa.
