SANDTON CITY STORE COMPLAINT

Every time I visit this branch the staff are so limited that I end up having to assist myself with fixing and fit. Sometimes the staff also have a bit of an attitude which I don't appreciate after not being greeted in the first place. But this is my main issue:

For the last 2 months I have been on the hunt for a specific style of jeans, they took my number in Nov and said new stock would arrive in early Jan. Between Nov and Dec 2021 I visited numerous branches in JHB and KZn- no stock at all.

Today I went to the Sandton store (where I first gave my number to get feedback when stock arrived) and they said it came before Christmas and its sold out. No one called me and my number was still on their clipboard but the request was 'cancelled'.

This is not the level of an international brand and I wish I was able to experience other brands but these are the only jeans that fit me.
