Levi’s Jeans Defective Garments

I purchased several pairs of Levi’s jeans from the outlets at Access Park Bellville and Kenilworth, over a period of time, and within months the crotch areas frayed. It is definitely a manufacturing issue, with poor quality materials being utilised. It was an extremely difficult task to contact management, but finally a certain Maureen Mabija contacted me.

It became a constant back and forth between myself and several of the Levi’s South Africa representatives, without resolve. Finally Ms. Mabija requested that I drop the items off at the Bellville outlet.

Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, this could not be done immediately, however, I managed to drop the items off approximately two weeks ago.

I emailed Ms. Mabija in this regard now several times, without response. This saga has now continued for over a year and a half, which is unacceptable, and it seems that Levi’s does not want to take responsibility.
