Levi Stands behind their Name

I Bought 2 Jeans @ levi a few month ago and there was I manufacturing issue with these 2 jeans. After returning them months later they had then replaced with brand new jeans with no fight. There was, of course, a procedure to adhere to and a few weeks later I had my new jeans ... I want to a due where there is course and my go guy was Fabrice Kananga of Centurion Mall Levi who helped me through this process and kept his word by calling back ,.... Rare in today customer service field ... You are going far Fabrice I'm sure... Well done Fabrice and Well Done Levi I would recommend them any day
