Levi Selling Repaired or 2nd hand clothes!

I bought a pair of Levis from their Cape Town Cavendish store on 18/01/2020. The jeans were on sale. I wore them out for the first time yesterday (19/01/2020). When I put my hand in the back pocket there was a piece of paper with repair notes on it, and where it had been stitched. I was shocked! I checked where the notes said it had been stitched, and to my horror, the stitch was off there compared to the rest of the jeans. No one told me the jeans had been repaired! Why are you selling 2nd hand clothing at a retail store!? Now I have to take the time to go back to the store and return it all.

Transaction details to verify purchase: R606.65 reserved at LEVIS CAVENDISH. 18 Jan 10:22.

They got back to me, couriered a new pair, and picked up the old one. Very happy.
