Levi Online *****s

I purchased a pair of denims at Levi Online. First point is that you cannot return it in store. So, with a poor fit, I duely returned it by courier. They confirmed receipt of the jeans, but have not refunded me as promised in their e-mails. I have sent numerous e-mails, but to no avail. It seems impossible to have a proper conversation with one agent - replying to such an e-mail delivers no results. The only e-mial to send queries to generates a universal response. They basically stole my money.
