Levi Jeans Atterbury Value Mart - Beware

Shocking response from the manager of this store. I bought my husband two pairs of Levi Athletic Jeans. I was going to buy two of the same but the sales assistant recommended I take one darker colour as they were the same cut. Unfortunately the darker colour was far too big. I returned the jeans within 5 days, driving 60km to the store in Atterbury Value Mart. The sales slip says I have 14 days to return. The manager informs me that she cannot exchange the jeans for the lighter colour jeans because they have been worn!!!! They had been in the Levi packet for 5 days!!!! I couldn’t believe it…I took jeans off the shelf and they were exactly the same!!! Factory shops especially Levi has lost me as a regular client.
