Levi Jeans

I revcently purchased a pair of 501 Levis in Pietermaritzburg. I see from the lables thay are made in China. So after 2 moths the belt loops are comming aprt and leaving a hole wher they were stiched. I have tried calling Levi head office in cape town ***) but no reply. They say the office hours are 08.30 to 2pm on Friday... it is now 09h00 with still no answer????
