Failure to address issue of defects and atrocious customer service

I have bought three pair of Levi's Jean's three pair's of jeans

I have put them into the wash and they started to fray which should not happen and as well as the stitching on the inner legs started to come apart. I have contacted head office multiple times and has sent email but they failed to take action and accept the emails and answer phone calls. I am disappointed as Levi's has built their reputation and name based of the quality of their jeans' but to spend so much to have them come apart just from being washed less than 6 months.
