Extremely bad service

Levy Retail Crossing (10/05/2025). Never in my 63 years have we been humiliated or treated in such a bad manner whilst trying to exchange a pair of jeans and this by the so called manager. He insinuated that we were lying and that the jean had actually been worn and washed. This he repeatedly stated in the presence of other consumers in the store. This is definitely not the case. He refused to provide the name/ number of the area manager or a more senior manager in order for me to escalate the matter and then got the security officer to escort us out of the store. Very bad experience. Do not support them
