Exceptionally poor quality jeans!!!!!!

<p>I have been wearing 501s for 43 years! I recently purchased and imported four pairs of 501s (Carson colour) via a USA friend and when it arrived, I was MOST DISAPPOINTED in the quality and appearance of the jeans.<br /> <br />This is NOT heavyweight denim (as stated on the webpage) but is as thin as paper! I don't want to see what their lightweight jeans feel and look like!<br /> <br />Furthermore, these jeans look spray painted! What the heck??!!! Again, NOT what is portrayed via the images for the "Carson" jean on their website!<br /> <br />When my wife sent an email to complain about the quality and appearance of the jeans (she NEVER asked for a refund nor exchange!) she was shot down by their customer service officer who was more concerned about client confidentiality than client satisfaction!<br /> <br />The staff member should have been polite and professional and offered apologies on behalf of Levi and all would have been forgiven. Instead, Levi has now lost a faithful client of 43 years and we will go out of our way to show what your jeans look like and what poor quality prospective buyers could expect. Definitely NOT value for money! <br /> <br />If Levi is proud of this ******* then they need to re-evaluate their standards!<br /> <br />Goodbye Levi, Hello Lee jeans!</p>
