Disgusting online service. Will never purchase online again

Absolutely disgusting online service . Delivery is supposedly 3-5 days . It's been 11 days and my order is still on 'confirmed' status. I've tried numerous times to reach out to customer care but all I get is 'we are working on it' thereafter you will be ignored until you submit another query . To which you receive the same response and treatment as stated above . For an undeniable mogul in the clothing industry this is extremely poor service
