Disappointed in Levi's
Bought an item online on 07 November 2019, unfortunately it was two sizes big and I returned it and the courier came to fetch it. Was asked to choose an option for refund and I chose my card which I had paid with initially. On the 19th my return was refunded but there is still no money in my account. Thought this was going to be a quick and painless experience but I am so disappointed as I cannot buy the stuff that was on sale.
