Did not recieve my order

Placed an order in November. My order was out for shipping and I received a tracking number.

A week later I received an email apologizing for the delay and was informed that the order would be shipped as quickly as possible.

After another 2 weeks I got an email saying that the items are out of stock. I stated that I would wait until they got new stock.

After 3 months of waiting, I finally decided to choose alternative items. I sent an email on the 11 Feb, 26 Feb and 5 Mar. I have not received a response from any of these emails

I have tried calling customer service and head office but they do not answer the phone.

When I check my order on their website it states that the order has been delivered...
