Crying out of frustration and dissatisfaction

Wow! I am so disappointed. I was so excited to order my levi 501 jeans, until they arrived in the wrong colour. I sent about 6 emails and called about 4 times before they answered on the 5th day of trying. The call agent was nice, his name was Adrian. But the way he was trained to handle these situations was shocking. They don’t understand the consumer protection act, and I was so disappointed with this experience. I won’t ever buy levi’s on their South African website again. Thank goodness for platforms like Superbalist and Bash!
