Complaintments

Good day , I would like to fill for a complete about Levi's store at Retail crossing . On the 2nd of October my colleagues and I went the store to get some items . The stuff was extremely rude and not helpful including the security guard was rude . There was a box full of half price which were jeans which were marked down to R350 - when I processed to ask for wifi to access my pay just now for me to pay the male security guard told me in a rude manner that there isn't wifi. I was then told that I can't buy them because they are leaving while the box was just sitting there I wasn't told that they are leaving instead I was told that I can't buy them because they are leaving and that they will get in trouble. They told me in a rude way they let me look at the items and not explain about the box . I wasn't at fault because I'm a customer who has rights like them . Instead we felt like we were not welcomed because we were wearing all black because we work on retail .
