Review – Order LSSA-92089

I’m very disappointed with the exchange process. I ordered a size 30 jeans, but the item was too small, so I requested an exchange through the online portal. The item was collected and I received an email confirming that it was received 5 days ago.

Since then, I have received no communication or update regarding my exchange. I understand that exchanges may take some time, but customers should at least be kept informed about the progress.

Please provide an update on my exchange and advise when I can expect the replacement item. I hope this can be resolved soon.
