This is an ongoing issue after receiving defective jeans, and clearly the agents dont care.

So i eventually heard back, dealing with Adrian, sent all pics and was promised a replacement as you can see below: We appreciate the clarity in the images shared and focus of the concerning points, may we arrange a collection for you and if so please confirm your availability and verify the collection address/contact info?

I will be happy to facilitate a refund or if you may interested we can ship out an alternative item as we do not have availability of a direct replacement. this was from Adrian

Then NUREESA from levis changed her mind, PLEASE NOTE THE PANTS HAVE HOLES IN THEM, BY THE POCKET. But Nureesa refuses to replace the BROKEN LEVIS 501 JEANS as you can see without any explanation :
