Bad customer servise

I purchased from Levi's for the first time and this will be the last time never. I logged a return on the 18th of November only to be told return collections have been frozen until the 4th of December and there is nothing they can do. I have to wait for more than 3 weeks to return and they have my money. I think this is a way of not wanting to refund . Please dont fall for their online sales because if you purchase the wrong size you will be stuck with the clothes forever.
