Bad customer service

I bought sneakers and I have worn the twice and they were so uncomfortable and I tried to return them as I was in Cape Town and I was told I should bring them back where I bought them and I get to the store the manager who should helpe is not available and the in charge didn't want to hear my story but he kept on referring to my sneakers as this things because I have wor.n and the security told me I making noise a d I should step aside and I refused.Then they called outside security for me and they took the sneakers and put the on the window seal and kept on saying I will work with them today as they won't help.me.
