Bad batch or poor fabric?

I phoned your office in Cape Town yesterday,regarding my 6 pairs of jeans that ripped at the same spot at the crotch area now for last 4 years.I was advised to take it to a store to be sent for quality assessment.I went to the second closest store to me located in Canal Walk as Tyger Valley was closed already ,only to find that they are closed for renovations and the centre information desk was just as surprised as I was,as the internet shows it closing at 9 pm and they were not informed about the renovations.I had no choice to travel to the Waterfront store,which is even further from my house in Bloemhof , in less than 30 minutes,to catch them open to drop the jeans. I have a old pair of jeans and it is still in perfect condition, so I hope that this is just be a bad batch and can be sorted soon.....
