ANNOYING REFUND DELAY

I've been waiting for my refund for 3 jeans and a top from Levi's, since the 16th of September. It's the 4th of September now and I haven't received my money. That is my money for crying out loud. If they can't do this online thingy, why can't they just leave it!! I'm extremely annoyed, I've been calling them since Monday but nothing is happening.
