After they sale, they done give a damn!

Useless, rude, and absolutely disgusting after sales service.

The rudest, most pathetic service I have ever had. I needed to exchange 2 jeans I bought- when we found a mark on one of them and they were too long.

They had told me to pick out 2 other pairs and I thought everything would be fine. To my surprise, the "system was offline" and I waited in the queue for 30 minutes. When the system came online, they merely declined to exchange both jeans saying that because the tags were removed, they would not be willing to take a loss (The jeans were 1 week old and I had no chance to wear them!). My argument here is, when the system go offline, did the staff's eye's go offline as well? Couldn't you see the tags were removed and this would be a problem upfront? When I asked if tags couldn't just be added, the point wasn't even entertained by the manager. They then proceeded to look for marks on the jeans- one had a mark and I was open and said that that was fine and it's on me and I was perfectly fine if they didn't want to exchange it. The second jean, they then pulled the same move. When I asked him to show me any marks, because I know I've never worn it, and the manager just neglected to show me the marks, saying that he wouldn't exchange both of them and is not willing to take a loss.

So FYI, if you prepare to wear any clothing you buy from Levis, never remove the tags, apparently, the entire world will come to an end if you do. Such pathetic client service. Unprofessional staff. the special is not worth it because if you ever find out anything is wrong with your purchase after you leave, tough luck, because as the Levis manager said: " I am not willing to take a loss".

Pathetic.
