527 Jeans tearing

Such a relevant brand and for now still a fan, but I have purchased 6 pairs of 527's ( only style I like) in the last 18 months and they are all tearing next to the side of the back pocket. I did post on twitter, but still no response? <br> I do love the fit, so would be great if the defect can be fixed ( or acknowledged so I know what to do next)...To see the pics check out your twitter account....
