505 jeans tearing

On 30 October 2015 I purchased a pair of black 505 jeans fromEdgars Balfour Mall JHB. Having only worn the jeans twice and washing them you can imagine my disappointment in seeing that the upper right leg has started to tear. You can clearly see its a fault with the fabric. Having bought many Levis over the years which all have lasted years and being worth the price. I don't have time to run around and get involved with debates at Edgars. But obviously I will have to consider other Brands when paying that price for Jeans. The worst part is that house brand jeans at a quarter of the price have lasted years. Maybe paying for a Brand you think is worth the money is no longer worth it.
