Worst Service: Inept, Unresponsive, Insincere

This review is specific to Levingers Fourways Mall. I took a jacket for dry cleaning and was told it would be ready in about 10 days. I never got my jacket back and I've been told every story under the sun. Bottom line: my jacket was either lost or ******. I'm now fighting to be reimbursed for my loss. The owner is the most inept, unresponsive and insincere person. She would promise to follow-up, provide feedback, call me, etc. but she would never do it. Save yourself the stress and take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
