WHAT SERVICE?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I took a belt to the Mall Of Africa Branch and was only able to collect same 3 weeks after they said it would be ready. Then when we looked at the belt properly we realised they had replaced the buckle with a very cheap on that just bends AND PUT THE BUCKLE ON BACK TO FRONT - The wrong way round. I called / e-mailed their customer line and was told they would come and fetch the belt and fix the problems for me, 2 weeks ago - Still nothing, the belt is sitting on my desk. So I have paid for a terrible service, had the items repaired totally incorrectly and now even Head Office customer service division has left me high and dry - I'M DONE WITH LEVINGERS.
