Wedding dress ruined - absolutely disgusted

I collected my 'cleaned' wedding dress from the shop, but did not think to check that everything is in order. However upon arriving home I opened it up only to discover that the bottom half of my dress was in complete shreds. I immediately returned to the shop to question the poor service as there was no indication or apology that something was a miss. The shop attendant was appalled and just shook his head in disgust. We had arranged to have a photoshoot on the Tuesday and I could not risk having it sent to the factory again and said I would ask the dressmaker to see if she can fix it. On the Monday I returned to the shop to ask what they intended on doing? The shop attendant attempted in vain to get hold of the factory and said she would contact me. I was merely smsd to say that the factory cant do anything as they didnt see the dress (which was patchwork fix). I had shopattendant witnesses and photos of how the skirt and top were damaged yet not so much as an apology or offer to refund me. I will definitely warn all brides not to use them.The dressmaker observed that they ironed the expensive silk organza - you would think that they know how to handle different types of material
