very angry customer

hi i just wanna say LEVINGERS DRY CLEAN & SHOE CLINIC in the forest hill mall is so *** as i sent my jacket Sunday i was promised i will get my jacket Wednesday today Friday(20.09.2019) they have sent a mall jacket and i had to explain how does my jacket look like come on this it uncalled for please get better people trained and that know whats gong on as im leaving for cape town i have no jacket it is very frustrating
