Unprofessional service

My daughter has got to wear specially made insoles and with most shoes it's easy to replace . I had bought her a boot previously and couldn't remove the insole as it was stitched on so I went to levingers and asked the assistant if it was possible to remove it , the assistant took the boot and removed the top layer of the insole , he thereafter told me that he couldn't remove the entire sole .what upset me most was that instead of being apologetic about spoiling the Innersole of the boot he insisted he would be doing me a favor by gluing it back on .
