Threatening me with lawyers after losing my Hugo Boss suit

Levingers manager threatening me with lawyers after my Hugo Boss suit’s jacket went missing in late April. On the day of collection I was told there was electrical issues at warehouse therefore I should collect the following day, then I was told the jacket has been misplaced although the pants are there. To this day I’m still chasing them & sending reminders for resolution on the matter, mostly I have to send beg for a response which comes days later - they want to force me to accept a tailor-made suit which I don’t want… Today I posted the ordeal on my WhatsApp status, the manager Zenobia then sent me a Text saying I’m discrediting Levingers and their lawyers are coming after me; what a LOL!
