They stole my buttons

I took my silk shirt for dry cleaning. When it came back the gold studs that decorated my shirt strings on the sleeves and collar were missing without any explanation. When I got home I was very heart broken to discover that. I'll never use this dry cleaner's services. Bad service when people start *****ing from customers.
