The worst customer service ever

I took a few clothing items for alterations to Levingers Greeenstone branch.I was told to collect them a week later,when i to collect the place had closed down.They didn`t bother to notify me but they had all my details .I had to ask the guys construction guys what happened coz they didn`t even leave a notice sign. I called their Woodmead office and the lady said she didn`t know what happened but she was told it would be delivered to the Woodmead branch that morning .I was given a number to call but that number doesn`t work . I am going out of town and i need my stuff .I tried to call them this morning and their number goes straight to voicemail.
