The workmanship is unbelievably pathetic and disgusting appalling

Victoria and the Levingers dry cleaners, messed up my Colleage jacket. The jackets was sent it to them in June 2023 to this day I have not received it. It’s a black and white leather jacket and all the white and cream white parts are stained in black. Reported this issue and they said they will dye it. The workmanship is unbelievably pathetic and disgusting appalling.

Contacted Victoria numerous times and no luck. To this day I have not received my jacket back(since June 2023)
