The Levinger Dry Clean brand is being botched!!

I handed in my prized souvenir, Versace denim trouser purchased in Paris, France in December 2023, to be dyed at Levingers' Clearwater Mall. Warning bells rang when a 35 cm disclaimer accompanied my till slip, for the upfront payment. My denim was returned, neatly packed in a sealed plastic bag, masking the horrid reality within. 1. Fabric damage – a. discoloration to100% cotton denim b. Fabric texture changed. c. Three holes due to dyeing? d. The stitching had come undone. e. Six faded colour patches. I followed with the area manager Victoria twice for an explanation. Response – refer to disclaimer and the dyeing process is outsourced. LEVINGERS CUSTOMERS BE FOREWARNED – Levingers is not the traditional Jewish family-owned business customer service orientated company it once was prior 2011. Hay Business Consultants, headed by Mr Yadir Mooloo, has ZERO business ethics, acumen, accountability, and respect towards the client.
