Terrible, slow unfriendly service

Levingers Fourways Mall is to be avoided. I took in 3 dresses on the 15th October to be mended. I went through what needed to be done with the staff and was told I could collect them the following Friday. When I arrived on Friday 22nd October at around 4pm, they had only started with the mending. I was in a hurry as I had to catch a flight, but they didn't seem to really care about that. When I looked through the dresses, they had not done the hem as I had requested. I was told that the R212.00 I had paid for minor mending did not include the hem. After a bit of a moan, they eventually agreed to sew the hem at no cost. The attitude of the staff was not up to standard, and the time it took to do such a small job was unacceptable.
