Terrible customer service, poor workmanship, disorganized

Terrible customer service, no one answers the phones (all 4 numbers just go to voicemail), they got my order wrong and when they finished my order they just stuffed my shoes into a plastic bag. I would never treat my own shoes that way so I'm shocked that they think this is acceptable. I ordered a shoe cleaning, heels fixing and glueing of soles. They forgot to glue the soles and they did not clean the shoes. The polish job was sub-par. I had to leave with half my shoes because they forgot to do half of what I paid for. They are also pretty disorganized.
