Shirt ruined by Levingers

Fourways Mall Levingers. I had a white shirt with a very small minor tear in the middle of the back. Really bad job done. Shirt had a patched stitched onto it with a machine...patch is about 5cmx2,5cm, whereas tear is only about 1cm long. R500 shirt is now ruined and unwearable. Levingers, judging by all the negative feedback on here, and the loss of customers, your business results must be declining. This is the second time I have had poor quality repairs, but definitely the most costly one to me. Don't under estimate the importance of providing quality service. I have found another tailor and have had to write off this shirt, I also advise friends and family to avoid Levingers.
