Refund

My wife just dropped off my cargo shorts to be repaired. the woman who assisted her was rude. They also never had my details on the system even though I have often had jeans repaired there. She was forced to pay upfront which I find unacceptable. I have phoned the branch and cancelled the repairs, it was also way too expensive. They will not give me a cash refund and say I must contact head office...I cannot even get onto your website. I would like a refund to be actioned immediately back to my wife's debit card. The branch has the details. the repairs were booked under my name Ronnie ***. Amount R249
