Poor Tailoring and Broken equipment
Levingers at the Wedge used to have a wonderful elderly tailor and cobbler, who meticulously repaired your loved possessions. They were always busy and there was usually a wait for repairs. In the past 2 years this level of service has steadily dropped to the point where this branch now gives Levingers a bad name and I for one will no longer use their services.

On two occasions, trousers that I sent for tailoring came back with poor stitching, unprofessional finish and without being pressed. The new staff manning the store seem unskilled and there equipment, such as the press or irons are not working. It would appear the current franchise owners have given up on the business. Unless you are prepared to receive damaged and poorly altered clothing, I suggest you find an alternative tailor.

I have raised this with \Tash\" at Levingers, who promised to contact the owners and as them to contact me, but the owners have not bothered, which is just another testament to their lack of interest in caring for their customers needs."
