Pathetic service at Levingers Heidelberg Mall !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never ever have i ever been treated in the way that Pakoue (manager/owner) of Levingers Heidelberg Mall treated me. He has no etiquette and is not fit to deal with clients. When i complained about shoes that has been taken back twice for the same repair after wearing it once he said "i dont wear the shoes". I will not stand for this as it is absolutely unacceptable. I wand my money back !!!!
