Pathetic Levingers don’t live up to their customer promise !

I took my jacket to the dry cleaning (Oct 2018) to the branch at The Glen , I received it back 2 weeks late with a big stain on the back . I sent it back immediately as I had not sent my jacket with a stain (7 Nov). I needed the stain removed . The first week of Dec after several enquiries I made telephonically when I called , The branch had received communication from the factory that they cannot get the stain out and wanted to dye my jacket. They Went quiet again without a response. I ended up communicating directly with the factory. The factory went quiet after I enquired about my Jacket . In February (2019) Victoria gives me feedback that they will not take accountability for the mess up of the jacket . The jacket has been sent back to the Branch . I got in touch with the branch at the Glen again ! They were going to call the factory manager now as they confirmed that the jacket never had a stain when sent the first time. Still no call from Levingers and no Jacket for the last 5 months !
