Original look

I took my expensive white heel i bought from Aldo to Lavengers to replace the original tip to a rubber one as it slipps on tiles. I took the shoe in April but only wore the shoe in July and the heel broke into two, i took the shoe to Lavengers Morningside to fix it but they told me they can't fix it. I took it to Multiserve and they told it can't be fixed i have to take it back to where they damaged it. I took back the shoe to Lavengers and the sales lady Joan told me they can only replace the heel but a black one. I want them to pay for my shoes as i cannot wear a black n white shoe but white.
