NOTHING CLEAN ABOUT THEM

Took two dresses to sandton to be cleaned. Charged a fortune per Dress- R390/dress. Dresses came back unclean and damaged, over presses and creased. Called the complaints line- They asked for pictures which I sent. The owner rep****.- thank you- someone will be in touch. NOTHING about looking at the garnments.Then said they can’t do anything without returning the garments. They refuse to even refund me for the mess they created. Let alone for the dresses. They are rude and patronizing and *******.
